3. For all of his other duties, a returning officer shall be entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1)  where a list of electors has been prepared and revised for the election, the greater of $649 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.489 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.145 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.051 for each of the remainder;
(2)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has been revised for the election, the greater of $387 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.290 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.082 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.027 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $387 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.290 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.082 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.027 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $134 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.089 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.025 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

3. For all of his other duties, a returning officer shall be entitled to receive the following remuneration:
(1)  where a list of electors has been prepared and revised for the election, the greater of $610 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.460 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.137 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.048 for each of the remainder;
(2)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has been revised for the election, the greater of $364 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.273 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.078 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.026 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $364 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.273 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.078 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.026 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $126 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.084 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.024 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

3. For all of his other duties, a returning officer shall be entitled to receive the following remuneration:

(2)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has been revised for the election, the greater of $347 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.261 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $347 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.261 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $120 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.081 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

(a)  $0.260 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $344 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.260 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.075 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $119 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.081 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

(a)  $0.255 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.074 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $336 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.255 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.074 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $116 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.080 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

(2)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has been revised for the election, the greater of $329 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.251 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.073 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $329 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.251 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.073 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $114 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.079 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

(2)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has been revised for the election, the greater of $323 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.247 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.072 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $323 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.247 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.072 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $112 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.078 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

(2)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has been revised for the election, the greater of $318 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.243 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.071 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $318 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.243 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.071 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $110 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.077 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

(b)  $0.071 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $212 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:

(a)  $0.239 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.070 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $209 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.239 for each of the first 2,500 electors;

(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $206 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.236 for each of the first 2,500 electors;

(a)  $0.234 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.069 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $204 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.234 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.069 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $70 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.075 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

(a)  $0.233 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.069 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $202 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.233 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.069 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $69 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.075 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.009 for each of the remainder.

(a)  $0.228 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.068 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(3)  where a list of electors has been prepared but has not been revised for the election, the greater of $197 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.228 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.068 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
(c)  $0.025 for each of the remainder;
(4)  where no list of electors has been prepared and where the list of electors that already exists has not been revised for the election, the greater of $67 and the sum obtained by multiplying the number of electors entered on the list on the date of its coming into force by the following amounts:
(a)  $0.074 for each of the first 2,500 electors;
(b)  $0.023 for each of the next 22,500 electors;
